About this position
What you´ll do
Key Responsabilities
- Developement and update of reports (Excel, Power BI) to track and analyze key supply planning KPIs.
- Support data validation and master data updates in supply & inventory planning systems.
- Support the weekly production planning process, ensuring accurate coordination of orders with third party manufacturers.
- Assist in monitoring production progress and identifying potential delays or supply risks.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives across planning activities.
- Provide support across different product portfolios, ensuring consistency in planning processes and reporting.
- Assist in the coordination of new product introductions, promotional activities, and artwork changes.
What you will learn
- End-to-end understanding of supply & inventory planning in an international environment.
- Hands-on experience with production planning and supplier coordination.
- Exposure to data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting tools.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of real-life supply chain challenges and decision-making
What makes you a good fit
- Ability to do a 12 month internship (8/6h day)
- Business Administration or Industrial Engineering student with an interest in operations and project management.
- Start date - immediate availability
- Good level of English and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and motivated attitude.
- Flexibility and strong communication skills.
- Advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
