About this Position
What you´ll do
- Support on packaging development and sustainability related topics
- Active involvement in the research and development of global packaging innovation contributing to Henkel's sustainability targets
- Own set of responsibilities for a specific project and development of concepts and packaging ideas
- Project related support in supplier screening, market analysis and packaging proposals and preparation of management reports
- Tests running in our packaging lab
- Support on day-to-day work in R&D packaging sustainability
What makes you a good fit
- Student who is pursuing a bachelor or master degree in the field of packaging, mechanical or plastic engineering
- Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
- Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
- Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, creative and open-minded team-player with high level of independence
- Availability as of July 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
