About this position

About this Position

  • This position is aiming to deploy the HPS (Henkel Production System) on site and help to reduce the process cost.
  • You will become the core driver of the site's continuous improvement culture, responsible for identifying and eliminating losses in the production process, optimizing the value stream, and enhancing OEE (overall operational efficiency), product quality and employee capability.
  • You need to apply professional lean tools and methodologies, lead improvement projects, train team members, and make direct contributions to achieving the site's CBN (compelling business needs). 

What you´ll do

  • Involve in the development of site HPS strategy and set the master plan.
  • Deploy the HPS master plan on site step by step.
  • Train our people with global standards and do the coaching.
  • Verify the OEE and MTBF tracking, analyze the loss to find the root cause.
  • Track the progress of cost-saving projects to ensure performance.
  • Do the health check of SIM/CL/CILT/DH etc., help the team to improve the implementation.
  • Collaborate with departments to define capability constraints and set the training plan to close the gap.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Experienced in manufacturing, FMCG is preferred.
  • Minimal 3+ years’ experience.
  • Know continuous improvement and TPM.
