About this Position
Join us as a Global Procurement Manager and get the opportunity to become a game changer to our team, working alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.
What you´ll do
- Develop and implement global procurement strategies for sourcing and sustainability
- Collaborate in international and cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational needs
- Lead global tenders and negotiations and execute supplier contracts
- Assess market trends to optimize procurement strategies
- Drive decarbonization initiatives through cross-functional project teams to advance sustainability goals
- Oversee various Travel Management processes, ensuring seamless execution in partnership with global suppliers
- Manage a supplier portfolio and cultivate strategic relationships to deliver long-term value
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in procurement or similar functions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, pricing and supplier performance translating insights into actions
- Excellent English proficiency (written and oral); German is a plus
