Being an intern at Henkel, what do you like most about it?
From the first day onwards, my team treated me like an equal and full team member and encouraged me to manage my projects independently. Due to the high level of ownership and responsibility provided, I can now proudly look back at the results I have achieved. I’m amazed by the high level of trust and support put in me in order to ensure I’m getting the best learning experience during my time at Henkel.

What is the greatest learning you will take home after your internship at Henkel?
Passion goes a long way! Working amongst so many passionate and dedicated people it taught me that a strong and convincing idea has the chance to evolve into something really big. Henkel showed me that anything is possible.

Do you consider Henkel as a future employer and why?
Definitely! I would love to return to Henkel after my studies. It would be exciting working for a company which is heavily shaping the “industry of tomorrow” through its innovations and simultaneously offers so many possibilities to grow individually.
