About this Position
What you´ll do
- Support the innovation process by coordinating and aligning with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the development of concepts for new products in hair care and styling categories
- Monitor and analyze fashion and hair trends to derive relevant insights
- Conduct product performance, competitive, and strategic market analyses
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including invoicing, budgeting, presentations, and the organization of internal and external events/workshops
What makes you a good fit
- Student (d/f/m) who has successfully completed the first semesters of a business-related study program, ideally with a focus on marketing
- Previous practical and international experience, e.g. through internships or a semester abroad, is advantageous
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, combined with analytical skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and open-minded personality with a high level of independence
- Passion for premium brands, beauty, and hair care
- Availability as of June 15, 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive compensation of €1.050–2.270 gross per month. The exact amount depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory), and any previous degrees you may already have.
